Volunteer Program
OSPTA Hospice is looking for volunteers. Give the gift of love by spending time with our hospice patients. Be there to listen, to read, to sing or play music, to laugh together, to share stories; just a friendly visit brings joy to their lives. A little spare time will make a big difference in their lives and in yours.
Things our volunteers do for patients:
OSPTA is certified in the “We Honor Veterans” national program – We are listed in their national directory for Veteran acknowledgment and support to our military.

Pet Therapy
OSPTA Hospice staff and volunteers teamed up to spread Christmas cheer to a local personal care home in the Mon Valley. During their visits with residents the hospice team passed out treats and sang Christmas carols with them.
